On Monday, my boys and I went to visit their newest little cousin, Ryder, along with his big sister and his mommy and daddy (my brother). I loved being there to visit and to capture some tender family moments.

These siblings contacted me in November about recreating an old family photo shoot as a surprise Christmas gift for their parents. Just my kind of shoot! I love surprises and challenges. It’s fun to have a spark of inspiration provided by a client. At the top are the photos that they sent me (the youngest son wasn’t born yet). We got together Thanksgiving weekend for the shoot since they were all home from college. It was a beautiful evening with sparkling lighting followed by a wonderful sunset.
